Safety and Health Policy

We will comply with laws and regulations concerning occupational safety and health, as well as other requirements we agree to. We will also work to prevent occupational accidents and health impairments, and will address the safety and health of all employees and all persons working under our management as one of our important management objectives.

To realize this policy, we will work on the following items.

1. We will strive to prevent serious accidents and occupational accidents by continuously identifying and evaluating hazards and implementing risk reduction measures.
2. We will continuously improve our occupational safety and health management system and strive to prevent occupational accidents.
3. We will promote consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives, and appropriately reflect their opinions.
4. We will systematically implement education and training to improve safety awareness and the level of occupational safety and health.

This policy will be disseminated to all employees and all individuals working under the control of our company, and will be disclosed externally as necessary.
