Daiichi SEKKEN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) utilizes social media to disseminate information about its activities and products and to engage with users. The Company ensures appropriate communication through authorized platforms and accounts, in compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, and acts responsibly as a member of society.
The following is the code of conduct for operating the Company’s official accounts.
(1) The Company recognizes that once a post is made, it can spread instantly, cannot be completely deleted, and may be viewed by users with diverse backgrounds and values.

The following actions are prohibited in the management of the Company’s accounts and in employees’ use of social media. The Company may also delete or block any third‑party postings concerning the Company that fall under any of the categories below.

(1) Information posted by employees through the Company's accounts does not necessarily represent the Company's official announcements or views. The Company's official announcements and views will be made on our website and in news releases and other media.
(2) The Company does not respond to questions or inquiries about our products through our official account. Please use the inquiry form on the Company’s website for any inquiries.
(3) Information on social media is current at the time of transmission and is subject to change depending on circumstances.
(4) The Company assumes no responsibility for information provided by accounts other than those operated by the Company.
(5) The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you due to your use of, or inability to use, your account with the Company, or for any damages resulting from problems between you and third parties.
